Awakening Energy By Claudia is committed to providing all clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen or booked.

Refund Police: NO REFUNDS

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to reschedule. If prior notification is not given and you will not be able to reschedule, this is considered a cancelation which means that you are forfeiting your appointment entirely with the understanding that you will not receive a refund. Please be sure that you plan your day accordingly.  By placing your order, you agree to the refund, cancellation and rescheduling policies.

When you schedule your appointment with me, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide me with the correct contact information. Please double check your phone number and email address when placing your order. Providing the wrong contact information counts as a no-show, your appointment will not be rescheduled, and your funds will not be returned. I am setting time out of my day to meet with you, so please be sure that you are available at the time of our reading/services, and that your contact information is correct.
